Summary: Haseo didn't want to lose anyone else. He wanted to be able to protect everyone. But there are still times that he failed.

(The Video is a basic idea of what Shino looked like getting PKED, but at the same time, I'm going with how she 'dies' in G.U. save um, I can't find a short enough video of it. So..don't get too confused)

He had a bad feeling. Sprinting towards the Hulle Granz Cathedral he opened the doors. "Shino?" Shino loved it here, he always remembered that. But something was wrong. Shino was falling, her body breaking off, her fingers snapping away, as she fell, but what was worse, was that she was staring at him as he fell.

"Shino!" Running he caught her in his arms, on his knees, shaking her lightly. "Repth.." He hissed, trying to use the game's healing spells, covering her body with a green glow.

A fragment of Shino's face began to break off, leaving empty space underneath. His throat burned, eyes stinging. This was supposed to have been just a game...just a damn game. Shino smiled up at him, her gray eyes were patient, understanding, and that made it so much worse.

"Hey..don't cry. Boys don't cry...right?" She put her hand on his cheek, and just like that her body faded into nothing. He trembled, hands twitching where she had been breaking bit by bit in his arms, she should have just logged out by this but no, this felt wrong .

When he went to the real world to see Shino's player, instead, he found only a pale girl a few years older than him in a hospital bed. The verdict? She was in a coma. All because of some stupid game---

But this wasn't right. Hadn't Shino been saved?
"No, we brought her back..everyone and me..." But instead, he was back in that damn cathedral again, surrounded by the broken up PC's of his friends, all in the same state as Shino had been.

(A memory within the dream, of holding her just like Shino, watching her fade away telling him ''you're a strong man")

Gaspard, Silabus---(His first friends, the green-clad boy with the ponytail, the puppy-like Gaspard who just wanted to enjoy a 'normal'  online game..)

Everyone--
Even Atoli, who was always tagging behind him,
(memories of her in the AIDA server, hit so fast he couldn't get to her..)

"Atoli?" He began, walking towards her, she was still standing, it wasn't too late he could save her--he could---
The same tri-shaped slashes went through her body, just as it did Shino's, and she tumbled into his arms.

A shadow loomed behind where she fell. The glinting of spectacles, blue-hair. Ovan.
"Haseo, there's no more time." He said, and his body began to tremble and shake, breaking off into pieces. Someone started screaming. He was screaming---

{shoots up in bed, sweating, eyes wide, horrified. He puts one hand to his face and shuts off the feed.}

{I will be tagging some tonight, and maybe a little in the morning. Depends on how my hiatus goes. :') }
