"Thanks For the Memories" by fall out boy always makes me think very slashy thoughts. Particularly the "he tastes like you only sweeter" line. I think it'd be interesting for a past Castiel/Gabriel current Dean/Castiel fic...or I might just be crazy.

I always get slashy thoughts/inspirations to "Hands Down" by Dashboard Confessional.

Also, I won't insult you by suggesting you don't know The Moffatts' "Submodalities" album, but I love some of the sonic textures through the production of that album, and lyrics of course. I always like to think "Who Do You Love" ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5owmrZdboOg ) and/or "I Don't Want You To Want Me" is about Dave/Scott. ;)

Actually, I had no idea that Dave/Scott didn't get along. But it maybe works all the better for that reason! ;) But isn't Dave technically the youngest (by a few minutes)? I dunno, something a little kinky about the oldest, Scott, being with Dave. Besides, I always liked Scott's rogueish kind of dirty-frontman thing and I think Dave's the "cutest", so, uh, not to be too graphic, but it'd be awesome to think of Scott making Dave his little bitch. >:-) In that "Who Do You Love" live performance I linked to (uploader disabled embedding for that vid!), http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5owmrZdboOg , I kind of think even though it's Clint out there singing it, I picture Dave thinking of Scott during it as he wistfully looks over at him, heh

Loved the classic Tay/Scott idea ever since Aspen's Devil Angel planted that crossover idea back in the day, so I can't argue. :) Scott's rogue/grungy thing and Tay's sheer prettiness totally work together as complimenting vibes in fic - each of them wants a l'il of what the other has, haha.
