i'm in vermont for the next month participating in a chamber music festival. i'm playing a juicy quartet. i get to practice as much as i want. its a constant 75 degrees. masterclasses/recitals/lectures every day. and the food isn't bad either!
I played my jury today for the string faculty, which means this semester is finally over. I got really encouraging feedback from both viola and cello faculty. One violist wants me to minor under him. Ridiculously exciting. The cellist spoke well of my talent at a young age. Also I turned 20 on Monday.
