General Information
1. Given the recent increase of fraud on the buyer’s end on various makeup communities and forums (i.e. making fraudulent claims about the state of the product), I reserve the right to refuse a sale. The exception being I have had transactions with you before or you have legitimate feedback on MakeupAlley (30+). I apologize for the inconvenience but I am doing this to protect myself =/
2. I do my best to estimate the state (usage and condition) of each product. If you are unsure about the state of the product, please ask for pictures. Making claims that the products arrive defective when it was actually not will not constitute as an excuse for me to refund your money (I am not a manufacturer, and do not have limitless supply of money or product).
3. I will accept payment through PayPal only! Payment needs to be received 4 hours after invoicing, otherwise the item will move to the next buyer
4. I am open to haggling on multiple items, but any lowball offers will be ignored
5. Once sold, items are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
6. Priority goes to those individuals who reply with their paypal email (and state/province/country) and paid first.
7. Pictures show usage and condition of items as is; I encourage you to research about the product information (i.e. colors, size, shade match etc) prior to purchasing. I would never sell items that I myself would not want to buy.
Shipping Information
1. I will ship internationally, except for Italy, Germany and Denmark (Due to increased restrictions and long shipping time).
2. I am not responsible for any packages lost/stolen/damaged in the mailing process. I package all items carefully, have never had any issues with lost/damaged packages in the past three years.
3. I am also not responsible for any custom fees or charges incurred on your end.
4. Shipping usually starts at $4.50 for a package including delivery confirmation where applicable (International packages, please ask for a quote as shipping prices have recently doubled to $8 for 100 gr).
5. If your shipping charge ends up being less, I will refund you the difference.
6. I will notify you when your package has been shipped out. I will always provide picture proof of the shipment receipt.
7. Items will be shipped by June 15th
8. Please be patient if I do not respond right away. I aim to reply to your messages within 24-48 hours.
