So my housemates and i are looking for a new place at the moment, the dickhead who owns the place we are in now wont pay to fix the malfunctioning stove top which is sorta a health and saftey issue among other things, so now the real estate agency wants to take them to court and get consumer affairs involved, im guessing they are doing it because
