Good fucking LORD I hate doing the business side of art.  I haven't been able to bead anything in over a week and it's making me all BOO face.  I finally finished a business plan, business cards and a brochure.  I also had the wedding art framed and ready to be displayed on Sunday.  for those who don't know, on Sunday I am going to be marketing my ( Read more... )

Good luck at the convention! ^_^ Not having to have your own booth can solve a lot of the bs of being at a convention - you can get away sometimes and see the show too. If you have your own booth it's like a ball and chain - you don't dare leave from opening to closing and miss all the fun :P

No. This is my first attempt at being totally professional with my art. I've shown art before. I've commissioned art before. I've even done some work for a few businesses, but this may be the first time in my life where people can start contacting me based on my own advertising, and the first time I've felt as if I've had enough inventory to start selling.
