you never disrespected me, but i think it's great that you're doing this, it may be fun sometimes, but shit catches up with you, and it's better to be healthy in the long run.

I know that I dont know you very well and I dont want to sound arrogant or anything, but make sure that while youre not disrespecting other people, you dont disrespect yourself too. I know its lame/cheesy, but Ive heard it a lot and sometimes it makes sense.
