Removing nasty white shag carpet and underpad has to be one of the worst jobs today. I can't get over the dust involved. The added bonus is that this carpet must have been stiched with kryptonite, or something. It simply refused to be cut into without a massive struggle ( Read more... )

Agreed! The underpad was incredibly hellish. I've never seen it do that before. LOL

I'm making a habit of posting more. Sometimes, you simply get caught up in it all and forget. Bad monkey, I am! But getting better.

It does seem to do the job quite nicely. Happy with the look in other parts of the house. It just seems to take so damn long to get it done. Well worth it though.
