Salad (Image heavy)

This entry may be silly, but I keep telling people that I need to make salad for mom and then take a while to come back. That's because she makes us do a huge amount each time. So I thought I should take pics of the process just to demonstrate how I do mine:

Haha. We do that when the salad needs to be ready asap. But my mom usually likes it chopped well and into small pieces. She HAS to have salad with every meal or she won't be able to eat. She's also a health freak, so...

Purple thing is a cabbage. That's usually how we make our salad too. Except we also have a salad of just lettuce, olive oil and lemon as well. So, there'll be two salads.

Ah. I hate chopping it so much. I need a really sharp knife for it. My mom adds olive oil and lemon on that salad.

I find it easy to chop. But, I sharpen my knives ever week or so. All our salads end up having olive oil and either lemon or vinegar. It's the only "dressing" we use xD

Haha. Same here. That's why I hate eating salad. Olive oil tastes baaddd.

... I'm curious to try the olive oil you've been eating. Because olive oil doesn't taste bad.

Hm. If I remembered, I'll try and take a pic of the bottle my mom uses, tomorrow. Maybe it's just the fact that I was never a fan of olives? Dunno.
