The ability to transform the mood you're in at will would be a nice quality to have. It's such a hard thing to do. I'm not sure if anyone has that capability and can do it effectively, but it seems to me like it would be a great sign of inner strength. Sometimes I get so down and depressed that I just can't feel anything but sadness or self pity. I
