Although we barely speak, and I really have no idea what you're up to these days, Chels, I can relate to this entry.
Quitting Best Buy was a big step for me. That place is toxic in it's own way. All you want to do is sell, sell, sell and make more money for a company that really isn't giving back to you what you put into it. All I thought about was getting that PSP, or those accessories and despite their morning meetings where they try to tell you that customer-centricity is the goal, deep down you know that the only part the customer plays is that of the sucker.
I'm glad to hear you're making positive changes in your life now. It doesn't matter if you don't keep it up so much. What matters is that you're self-aware, and that you know how to put in the effort and do what's right for you!
Thanks for the reply. I agree that Best Buy is toxic! I went through too many bad things with that place. It got to the point where I would get in trouble for being too nice. Its a selfish place that really tries to transform who you are.
