Sad stories of the heart

What I once thought was close to me is suddenly far...I cant believe its real. Betrayal scars the heart forever. The Lord felt it, though He loved them anyway. He still called them His friends. He got on His hands and knees and washed their feet. Because He loved them. But despite all that happened I still love those that hurt me.
