Not a bad weekend. Ran a 2:29 800 at western...it was a really fun race, me and jamie actually did it on pace so that was sweet. We were both smiling hardcore at the finish cause we totally took our heat. The next day at spokane was a better time (2:28) but a worse race. Bad splits, 72 and 76. Meh oh well.
