Well things are going quite well with the new studio. I just found out that the Group Barton that I mastered has entered the Billboard Club charts last week. Very cool. Tons of Hip Hop projects coming in and an awesome female singer songwriter album that has blown me away. Very enjoyable.

Well,
we have made the trek to the East Coast now. Survived the winter and built a nice studio in the process. Projects are comingin, recently had a reissue album review in the Sunday NY times.
More when I update later on.

He entered at #48 and has climbed in two weeks to number 35 on the Dance Club hits chart.

Well, we just moved across the country to Upstate NY. Have a great new room and am already busy.
I will write more tomorrow.

I just mastered an album for a producer friend of mine whom is recording in the Philippines. he upload ed the tracks to my FTP server. Got to love the internet. I also did 3 tracks from UK producers the Red bull Junkies via FTP.

Awesome.

I have been so busy with some great projects from doing ADR for a film to mastering a great guitar instrumental album to various Hip Hop groups. I just received Wavelab 4.0 and am very excited to dive into it. The analysis functions are amazing. I paid several thousand dollars 8 years ago for the same thing now included in the program. Gotta love

Well I have been so busy with this jingle project that I have taken on. 10 30 second jingles for random companies. It is much harder than I thought when you have no time to be creative. Anyway, I mastered them and I think that they will sound great, unlike most local commercials on TV. I opted to roll off a lot of the lower bass frequencies to get ( Read more... )
