I like the Romantics a lot.

I love Faulkner.

i've spent like 10 weeks on the romantics, so they can go to hell.

faulkner on the other hand is my god.

you should really check out carson mccullers (if you haven't), she was a southern gothic writer as well. ballad of the sad cafe is my favorite work of hers.

I'm taking a Romantic to Modern Lit class next semester. By then, I might feel the same way. I'll be sure to check out Carson McCullers. Southern Gothic literature is amazing. I love it lots.
