He has challenged the aligned forces of good to a Race for her freedom.

Looking across the DATS duty roster, I believe you may be among the best suited to earning Ms. Sumdac her freedom.

But those are the fact as we've been presented with them, and Bowser is known for his love of games of any sort.

Invest in anything fire proof for Agent Terui to wear, since the majority of Koopa's... I mean Bowser's stages consisted of lava levels. He could try to recreate that here for this.
