Well right now i'm indecisive, i'm thinking about cutting my hair short (cuz i'm trying to get rid of the DAMN BLEACH!!!) and I think I want to get bangs, but i'm not sure.... You are facing the dilemma of my sophomore year. I just chopped it off meself in a frenzy and gave my self bangs between junior year and sophomore year.

From one small person to another, you will look even-more child-like with it. If you like the adjective "cute", as used when referring to you, then go for it.
