i have no control over my defence mechanisms...

so according to you, am i right to say that for me to get attached i should let my guard down and shut of my defences? wouldn't that leave me vulnerable?

Capricious...heard it being used before.....but that was so long ago that i forgot......now the only meaning i associate with anything that begins with 'capri' is calvin....the capricorn friend from hell...hahahaha
