i think you should get it cut a little after shoulder length, and get it layered. dye your hair darker brown, and maybe get some lighter brown highlights. the reason why i dont think you should just get dark highlights put onto ur hair as it is now, is because your hair isnt one even color. first you should eeven it out, and then get your highlights. may be expensive haha but its worth it. you'll look hot

i agree with amanda on this, dye it a darker brown so it's all the same color and then add the highlights. and yea definitely cut it cuz i liked how you looked when it was shorter awhile ago, it was hottt. but if that doesn't work, shaving it might look nice. haha
