ummm....have you studied French or German? Just a small question. For the most part unless you are a tourist and even then, the French arent too keen on speaking English. From what I have gathered from being over here anyway. On the other hand in Germany you will find some of the best English speakers you will meet.

What will you be doing exactly in France/Berlin?
