EMMA
I am Emma. The Mummy of this crazy and unique blended family.
I am currently 32 years of age and work part time as a respire carer and the other half house wife and
mummy to our wonderful kids. Blood Mummy to Jessica and Katie and Step-Mumma to Phoebe and Dexter.
Joshua and I met well over a decade ago, we were neighbours from when we were in our
teens and although both in different relationships it took us a while, and four kids later to realize that we were made for each other.
There is nothing more I enjoy once the house is quite then snuggling on the couch with Joshua watching one of our shows or join him in duel screening as we play our much loved video games.
JOSH
Joshua, AKA Daddy and Farfee as my kids has chosen to call him. Josh is an avid gamer.
Loves loosing himself in his games. Josh isn't just a stay home Daddy, he is currently undergoing his training to become a teaching aide at our kids school.
Being married once didnt shy this guy away from asking me to marry him on our latest trip to Sydney.
We are very much looking forward to our upcoming wedding, where Josh due to connections be has,
has arranged for an artist who does commissions for Marvel Comics has amazingly agreed to custom create our wedding invitations.
JESSICA
Miss Jessica is our eldest human and she is just amazing in her own unique way.
She isnt quite 13 years of age and she is obsessed with two things.. Turtles and the Horror Genre.
There is nothing more that Jess likes to do more then loose herself in a good horror show or movie; that is when she hasnt got her head bent over her phone or iPad and chatting with her friends (as preteens do) or watching one of the various youtubers that she is just as obsessed with.
Just as in love with Harley Quinn as her little brother is with Batman, this little lady is going to be a killer with the boys as her interests are just as geeky as her parents. I dont think I've met a young girl like Jess before who is so completely into comics and video gaming.
KATIE
Miss Katie is our second human and she couldnt be any more different then her older sister. At almost ten years of age Katie also loves her comics and her video games, but that is where things stop.
Where Jess loves her Horror and her younger sister, Phoebe loves her Disney Princesses; Katie doesnt have many other main interests, apart from Olaf the Snowman.
Instead Katie is more happy to dabble in any and all topics. She loves drawing and being creative, building and making things with her hands. If Josh and I cant find her, its guaranteed that we will find her in a corner drawing something or watching the making of something on youtube.
PHOEBE
Little Miss Phoebe is very much a Daddy's girl. At seven years of age she is also our little Drama queen.
Loving to dress up in anything from a Disney Princess to a zombie for our local Zombie Walk, it is very much safe to say that our Pheebs will one day find herself on centre stage.
Loving to have the limelight on her, Phoebe entertains us each and everyday with the array of antics that she comes up with to entertain us.
DEXTER
And then finally in our beautiful and crazy family, we have Master Dexter. At a small three years of age, its unbelievable how this little man captures the heart of everyone. There isnt a day that passes where this little man doesnt surprise us with his three year old wisdom, where he doesnt make us smile from saying the funniest thing or breaking out in dance.
After being born with club foot, having had several surgeries to correct his feet and now needing to wear a foot brace nightly, our man couldnt be happier. He has never once let his slight set back stop him from doing anything.
One thing that Josh and I are both looking forward to, is watching this gorgeous little man grow up and see how well he takes living with three older sisters!!
I hope that you all enjoy meeting our family and follow us in the many adventures that we are going to have along this journey
of life. We know that we are going to enjoy sharing it with each and everyone of you.
