i don't get why people get excited for a new year...it's like...a shitload of people will make all these bullshit  "goals'" for themselves that they don't have the will to achieve but will still call them goals despite their inclination to having more substance as wishes and hopes.  then again, whats anything without hope

My new years whatever-the-hell is not to write 06 on dates anymore. I'm going to start writing 07. It'll be tough but I think I can do it.

Celebrating the end of the month seems like a pretty good idea.
