Yes, because a blnak means that yes, you have infact done this activity, and an x means that no, u refrained from participating. So what does the ... mean?

the ... was there when i took the survey and i was too cool to put an x or a blank. you got it backwards. an x is if you have and a blank is if you haven't :)
