I very much like the dark undertones of this. Sounds like something Volchok would do/think. And a much more appropriate ending for Marissa than in canon. Puts the fault directly on her shoulders, regardless of what V thinks.

I could definitely see Julie offing herself---she was nearly catatonic when M died...if K went too....yep, I could see it.
