yay! someone who isn't convinced that he's got the only possible interpretation in his hands!

i've been pretty frustrated in this area as well lately. i have recently been seeking God's will in regards to dating. blake is going to seminary next year and because he will be at a presbyterian seminary, some of my friends have been advising against dating him. simply based on the differences between his theology and theirs...not on their discernment. and i really kinda want to scream sometimes. *shrugs* so i understand what you're saying. i believe that each of us sees an unique facet of Who God is...and sharing that with each other and stretching ourselves is a wonderful thing.

word sista ... like I said I feel that anyone thinking they have the one and only answer is complete ignorance, we all need to be open to eachother, just because we are open and warm ... doesn't mean that we need to change our beliefs. Of course I feel that what I believe is right, if I didn't, then I wouldn't truly be believing it ... would I? But that doesn't mean that I need to shoot down everyone else, cause for all I know I may be wrong. If I knew whether I was right or wrong for fact, then it wouldn't be faith.

Follow HIS heart, beating through yours.

It's the only way.
