I finally picked up an app for McDonalds. Not my top choice in jobs, but they hire a lot and it's nearby. Lots of good people to work with. Do you need a social security number, and if so, where do you get it ( Read more... )

A late one last night? Awh, we all have those once in awhile. That's the same routine my mom pulls as well. I applied for a job at both Old Navy, and IGA by my house. I hope one of them phones.

Social Security numbers are in the States! Jeeez. Hehe. You need a Social Insurance Number, you get applications for those at the Human Resource Centre and they explain what to do there. You can start your job, but I'm pretty sure you don't get paid until you get your SIN. That just means you get more money when you do get your card, though! :)
