You seem to have a way with animals, Tsuna. Didn't you sort of find Pesto the same way? :)

Everything in HR is doing just fine :) And don't worry about Hibari-san resting, Ryohei and I are making sure he takes some time off once in a while, from now on :)

Um... it's gonna sound bad but we might have to cut hours for V&A? I know it's the recession and we've barely been affected but... I don't want to drop any employees so do you think we could work out some way to let everyone do less hours? As in share hours? I don't know if I make sense.

Usually if there's a choice between cutting hours and cutting employees, cutting hours is the better idea. What we can do is either cut everyone's hours by a certain amount to reduce payroll, or we can have some/all employees work only four days a week, and they can choose whether they want the additional Friday or Monday off. They would put in full days the rest of the week, but just have three-day weekends all the the time. Let me know what you think - does Hibari-san have an opinion on this?
