Someone put an offer on the house. I have no luck.

I have all the information I need on the house. Next step is to show my dad the picture and information. Then.we will make an appointment and see the house again. If she accepts our offer, an appraiser will evaluate the house for approval for the FHA loan and we will then have a house if it gets appraiser approval!
