-face plant-

That's just pathetic, on all the crazy people's side. Like you said, it's weird for Americans to go into a place where everyone is ubar close with each other, no matter what gender they are.

I think it's sad that he had to leave. Especially leave the friggin' country. D:

Why don't we start signing a petition for all those psychos to go kill themselves. I know, it would make us just as bad as them, but seriously. Who does that kind of stuff? -shakes head- This is just stupid.

I know, I'm just glad that Jaebum was Korean-AMERICAN. Because Vanessa pointed out that the other Korean celebrities who killed themselves weren't American, so they couldn't really handle it. But Jaebum knowing better, knowing how to take that kind of stupid pressure didn't.

Meh, I wouldn't say what he did was right or an acceptable reaction, because I find it irritating when Americans or anyone go into a culture and behave like that instead of going "Ok. Different," but two wrongs certainly don't make a right. The internet is a gross mob of drooling sociopaths, because anonymity and human nature together are nasty things.

I'm not saying it was a right or acceptable reaction either. And I do hate it when Americans visit a foreign country and react like that. But unfortunately it is the "norm" of most Americans' reactions when they go to foreign countries. Ya know?~ :/

It's one of those "Yes, that really, really sucks it's like that but unfortunately that's how it is." kind of things :

I guess. I still get angry tho. Me and a couple other people actually had an argument with a girl in Norway because she was behaving that way ("Why doesn't everyone speak English?!) We called her out on such shitty behavior. I guess I didn't think it was the norm so much, but it just might be the circles I'm in, because anyone who acted like that in Norway I avoided.

But the internet people still suck because that's so not right either. The proper thing might've been "Hey, don't say douchey things, guy!" not "Kill yourself!!!"

Yeah, there's this girl on our floor, some random rich... I guess, white girl from America. She's 19 but a senior already in college. My roommate Sandy who's a Korean-American was talking to her about how hard it is for her parents because they don't know English very well, and it's hard for them to learn since they are so busy working all the time, and she was like "Well... if they're in a country that speaks English... they should learn it."

She told me about this today, and I was about a minute from going to that girl's room and kicking her door down AND her ass.

But yeah... seriously... the "don't say douchey things" is one thing, but then they just get into their personal lives and spam hate mail in their account. Then I guess the "go kill yourself" bit happens. I'm convinced those people are just plain fucking evil.
