HEY!!

Can someone help me start a healthy diet? anyone want to diet with me? Any ideas? I need to lose like... 10-15 pounds, not cause im fat... cause im not... I just need to fit into my pants again!! ^.^

Most important is exercize. I don't care what body type we're talking about, fat runs away when you start burning calories. Have more sex, hop on that exerbike once in a while, and start doing crunches. Take two ecstasy and call me in the morning.
