I need help. I am interested in re-doing up my bio, and I need someone's help with two things.

First of all, how do you get a box in your bio like the one that oddshiz has? It is here if you need a look.

Secondly, I know lil_chatterb0x and estrellanina *I think!* did this, and *copies the next paragraph from Nikki's journal
