Is it a manga, bl game, video game, anime or what?

That's no problem at all...well, let's see.
Togainu no Chi is a BL-game, released by Nitro+ Chiral.
This game is actually being published as manga as well, and many circles have dedicated doujinshis to this fandom.
One of the most popular circles (I guess), is Inugata Summit (right this artist).
To get a glimpse of this fandom you can e.g. join this community (in case you're over 18): togainu_no_chi or simply visit some of the several dedicated homepages, like e.g. THIS one here.
