Are you sure that it's rated PG-13? Because if you go on the site and anywhere else I've looked at I get the lovely "This film is not yet rated" bar. I know they cut out Contact to keep it from becoming an NC-17 rating, but it sounds as though most of the other things were kept in tact, besides the Larson family had close workings in this, I'm sure they wanted to keep the movie true to Jonathan's work. I'm curious where you saw a rating because someone on my forum said the same thing and we were like, "Oh, no the movie still isn't rated and it will be rated R."

if you check out the apple trailer site and look at the rent trailer on there, at the bottom it says PG-13, and i'm on the sony email mailing list and with the last one i got it said PG-13 at the bottom.

Really, that's interesting. I'll check it out, because the offical site has yet to put the rating on.

yeah, i kno it's weird. i still wont really believe it until we have the official rating on the site, but for now, all we know is that its probably rated PG-13, which has both advantages and disadvantages in itself.
