I think this is just messed up.
Okay I know we all hear about protests all the time but this one really got to me for some reason. A father of a marine ((Lance Cpl. Matthew A. Snyder who died at 20, March 3, 2006 fighting for his country)) had his funeral disrupted by protesters who say that it is God's punishment for America's tolerance of gays. Lance Cpl. M. Snyder was not gay. So why would these people come to his funeral? I didnt think that people were still so stupid. His father is planning on suing the church of Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka, Ken. And I think he should. Thankfully there are now laws past to keep protesters from interfering with Soldier's funerals. I hope he wins. Like him I have family members in the military and a boyfriend in. I would like those fucking protesters if they got anywhere near a funeral of someone I love, thank god it hasnt come to that.
