Let's see, my rehomed dolls are:

Nasake, Trans, Talis, Nigel, Wasabi and Sake.

Trans and Nigel were actually 'played with' dolls with prior names. I think I'm Trans' fourth keeper.

Talis had been a demo/sample doll and never played with.

Nasake and Wasabi were purchased new and immediately customized for resale.

Sake was a blank head with no body and probably not played with.

Wow that is a pretty hefty list Onna! I never realized you had so many that are second hand~ I mean..I've seen then but I don't know why I never made the connection. (and I had no idea you were Trans 4th owner! wow... o.o)

Uh, now that I think about it all my crew is from a company. XD Ira and Ezra I got back in the days before Ryu was popular and everywhere and Migi was just starting. Indy, Kyrie, and Atlas were all "special" tan releases at the time and would've been harder to find on the Market. Hell, even Ira's body I got from the company because they were having a sale. XD Most of their stuff is second hand though, and I tend to window shop the Market Place like crazy. I guess ever since the Kill_U I swore off impulse buys and have resisted the urge to bring home every gorgeous doll I see there. Or just been too broke. :P

Unfortunately she'll be gone for a while because once I get her she's off to get a face-up. T_T As much as I like customizing my dolls look, I dislike like the wait it takes sometimes... hahaha I'm so impatient.

Oh wow! All from companies? Thats really neat~ I suppose you make a good point though that tanskin on the second hand market is rather rare. ^^; Thats kinda funny though that you got them brand new but their clothes off the market, lol my poor dolls are the opposite. XD

Mine are all from companies except for my Dollzone Bunny which I got secondhand from the DOA marketplace. I just love knowing that when I open that box, I'm the person that doll is destined for :-)

No not sappy at all~~ I used to think the same way too actually. ^_^ Recently though I'm really into things like Antique stores and places similar. I like the idea of always having a surprise/finding the unexpected so that might be why I shop the marketplace more often now. (Not all surprises are good though I must admit.. )

Zan was secondhand from eBay, Oliver I received from his first owner, but had made an agreement to trade for him before he ever arrived...Magpie v2's head is at least second hand...Ludwig's head I am the FIFTH owner of (I stalked his head. XD), Calais' head is secondhand, Jaymez's head is secondhand, aaaaaand my new hooves are secondhand.

I think I'm more likely to buy heads secondhand and get them new bodies. :D Overall, though, I'm pretty much half and half.

Well I can understand why you have it at such a ratio, more of a varsity of face-ups and such when buying second hand. : D lol the 5th owner? omg so many~ XDD
