Pirates of the Carribean. But first thing that comes to mind is the little mermaid when talking about changing storylines...

the first pirates of the Carribean or the 2nd one or it all together:

the first thing that came to my mind was pohahontis *sp?* yeah i know i butcherd that spelling. I remember having to watch that in middleschool while my teacher pointed out everything wrong with it.

The 2nd one. And not the whole movie - just the way they took the story of the flying dutchman and reworked it to fit in with Davy Jones and everything.

Too true. lol But you know, I prefer theirs? The Little Mermaid is sad...because she dies. I like it better than she ends up with the prince.

Guess it's just a reflection of our society. We're all looking for happy endings and ways to change it. :)
