Hey! Remember that birthday hat I made?
Well it sucked. So I made a new one!

Same thing, different lighting (sorry for the blurriness, without the flash on my camera has a hard time being clear)

Closeup on the bow, that pocket watch works and is the right time!
The underside! The lining isn't 100% perfect, but it is like, 80% so I left it. The barrette clips are held in with little hotgue mountains XD I covered most of the mess with the lining and thinned out everything else I could using my gluegun's flat tip.
I've tried other clips. but they're either hard to get in, make it look like your hat floats on your head, or aren't very good at keeping the hat stable. Or all three XD
My friend loved it and I was very happy! I freaked out about it for a while, so I'm glad it turned out ok .I gave the failed hat to my mom, because she really, mysteriously liked it. And it's adorable on her :D Her head is magic and made it look good
