...long time no see! It made me warm and fuzzy to see that so many people still use Livejournal. The number of social network sites out there just seems to continue growing and in the midst of all the dust they are kicking up, I feel overwhelmed and don't know which to use or where to start ( Read more... )

We are still tossing around the idea of going but I missed getting a table >:. The week they opened their table registration was complete madness so I d'ohed and missed the insane posted by date. I think they filled up something like the 2nd day of being officially opened yikes! I kinda wished they had done online registration again..which ironically was why I missed it last year haha.

I can understand that! I think the reason I have leaned away from LJ is because I always felt conflicted how much I should share here. I never was much good at keeping one account for art and one for personal stuff but always felt awkward sharing anything personal on this account since it was always more for sharing art. Tumblr is much easier for sharing wip's etc so hence it's impromptu adoption. But gosh there are so many social media sites out there now (not even to mention all the new gallery sites constantly popping up), it's really hard to keep up with them all!!!

I do miss Livejournal, just not sure what to 'use' it for persay. I've never been comfortable with sharing my everyday life online because I am more private but at the sametime I am a bit of a hypocrite at that because I enjoy reading about other people's lives
