yeah dude, that's scary. when you first started describing it it sounded like a panic attack, cause i had to pull over on the interstate recently for that too and it feels really surreal, like you're not really in your own body. but i dunno, you just sound really sick now. are you dehydrated? eating? etc? definitely go to the doctor!
