friday-December 31- NEW YEARS EVE
today i got ready at like 5pm and my sister drove me to big carmies house where i waited for them to get ready. we got picked up from her house by my uncle nick and aunt antoinette at like 6.30. me, carmie, francine, and nina went. my sister went to a party at moda and my parents went over my uncle sals where they were having a little NY party themselves. when we got there, we got to our table, no. 26 and chilled and talked. we sat with rosemary and her brother antonio whos a senior at padua. we bought sum raffle tickets and waited for dinner. while eating we had the best dinner conversations! lol we were talking about everything from school, to real world on mtv, to battle of the sexes to lesbians at my school. it was great! we all went to get our first alcoholic drink right after dinner. there was a younger bartender who looked like he was half chinese or sumthing like that. we went to him and carmie ordered like 15 drinks (since her n rosemary r the only ones over 21). she got me n francine a rum and coke. it was basically rum with a drop of coke. i got a coke on the side and mixed it. it was pretty damn good! lol we had a couple more drinks then hit the dance floor for the first song at 9 exactly. we (me, carmie, francine, nina and rosemary) were dancing and dancing like CRAZY-definitely the BEST dancers in that joint! lol we went to the bar and each had 2 shots of sum kind of liquor. i THINK it was grey goose. it was pretty tasty. i could handle it. everyone else had to take a sip of a plain pepsi. we took the shot with the bartender! lol it was AWESOME! we found out his name was 'Tom'. lol we went back to dancing sum more then after about 6 italian dancing songs that were about 5 mins each, we went back to the table and started taking pictures like CRAZY! we chilled at the table for a little bit and my aunt antoinette came to our table and was telling us that our cousin rosie just told her my cousin john bovenzi has cancer. he has a tumor in his eye and a spot on one of his kidneys. we were all in shock. john bovenzi is too pimp and we all love him too much. she said that rosie was like 'i couldn't believe no one called my husband to wish him well' NO ONE KNEW! after she told us that we were sitting there in shock and depressed. it was insane. the dj then had us do a moment of silence for all the tsunami victims. we sat there like '......' for a good 20 mins until we decided we had to go dance and dont think about it too much. johns table was right by the dance floor and u could tell he was sad. they just found out a couple days before christmas and its been really hard for the family. it sucks. they were all sitting there just watching, not enjoying themselves. johns waiting for results to see if it is, in fact, cancer or whatnot. its killing him, i kno it is....we danced sum more and danced and danced until me n nina got too hot that we had to go sit in the lobby where it was colder. we sat by the payphone and i called anna and left a message on her machine telling her to call me back at that number. haha! we then called ninas house and told them to call us right back on the number. it was HILARIOUS! they did and nina JUMPED up and answered it. lol our little couzin giovanni came out and sat with me when nina left. me n him had a 20 min conversation about all his favorite things. it was great. after that i went back in and found everyone back at the bar getting ready for another 2 shots of sex on the beach. GOOD ASS SHIT! lol the bartender did a shot with us as well. it was so pimp. we danced until 11.50pm then headed back to our table to call ninas house and bust open the champaign! we took TONS more of pics in our gear and laughed and partied in 2005! whoo hoo! hopefully this year will be as good as 04 was! i miss it already! haha. after we were done drinking champaign and kissing everyone (which took about 40 mins) we went right on back to dancing. we stopped to get a quick sandwhich and drink but we danced all the last dances. the party was over at 1am but the dj played until about 1.15. we danced! lol it was GREAT! we sat at the table waiting for my uncle nick and my cousin big joey was drunk and kept blowing the horn in my ear! it hurt SO BAD! i kept ripping them and throwin them on the ground but hed keep getting more! it was INSANE! my uncle nick was so drunk off his ass that my aunt antoinette took the keys away so she would drive home. he was laughing with everyone and was taking forever to get in the car. when he finally came outside by the door, our cousin nino (drunk) and him got in a snowball fight! LMAO! it was hilarious. we got home at like 1.45-2am and chilled in carmie n ninas kitchen, watching them clean the mess from their party and telling them about our FANTASTIC time. all of our feet hurt SO BAD! we wanted to play Scene It, but carmie was too tired and nina was about to be out like a light. we all went in carmies room, including joey, and watched an episode of Friends from carmies season 8 dvd then went to bed at around 4ish. joey went in his room where he didn't fall asleep til 7....eh! today was an AWESOME day! i LOVED it! i made so many phone calls at 12am to EVERYONE in my phonebooK! haha! ish was like 'johnny depps here with me' that bastard was over kassandras! lol WELCOME 2005!
-saturday-January 1, 2005!- New Year's Day
we got an AWESOME wake up call from my uncle sal at like 1 o'clock. at 2pm we had to leave to be at my house for my grandpas 80th birthday party at 2.30 so he came knocking on our door for a good 2 mins. it was great. he was knocking a beat and i was the only one to get up. i got up and did a couple things and got my shit together then went back to laydown til everyone else got up. uncle sal came back up at like 1.45 and saw carmie n nina sleeping and saw me laying down and was like 'R THESE KIDS SERIOUS?!' i almost peed myself! it was HILARIOUS! joey wasn't up either! haha. they FINALLY got up at 2 and took their damn time getting ready. i get SO peeved when people r late and between carmie, nina and my aunt teresa, they'll always be late. my uncle sals like 'see carmie, when were late to ur parties, u kno y! its not me! im always ready!' he had his shoes and coat on while my aunt teresa was making unneccessary phone calls. carmie was finally done getting ready at 2.30 and we left. we got to my house at 3 and were there before our uncle sal n aunt teresa were even tho they left 15 mins before us. they had to stop at the store or sumthing. i dont kno. it was fun. after they left at like 5 we cleaned up and chillaxed. i dont wanna go to school monday!
-sunday- jan 2-
today i chilled at home and my dad decided to take down the xmas lights. carmie slept over last night and it was like SUMMER WEATHER outside! we woke up at ate leftovers from last night and carmie left at like 3pm. my dad came home from the stores with my mom at like 4pm and decided to take down the x-mas lights. he started doing so then my parents' friends came over to visit so he came in and left my bro to do the rest alone. i went outside with him and we did it in the pouring rain. we finished and put everything on the porch then after the friends of the family left my dad organized everything and i put it in the attic. today i realized i just lost a filling. i remember i was eating a cookie and i kept biting sumthing that was the same texture like a peanut, but there were none in the cookie so i spit it out and didn't realize til later that it was a filling in my lower tooth on the gum line. it HURTS! my mom has to make me an appointment tomorrow morning!!!!
-monday-jan 3-
school. nothing too exciting. i got 3 hours of sleep and was EXHAUSTED all day. i went to the dentist at 6 and we were waiting for 1.5 hours. it took 5 mins and i was out. it hurt...kind of. i wanted the novacane but my mom said no cuz then wed have to wait for at least 20 mins before they could do anything so that's 20 more minutes of WAITING--NO! lol so yeaz, that was my monday.
-tuesday-jan 4-
school. i came home and backed up my bros car for him and i was so PIMP! i got to do it by myself and it was PERFECT! lol i droev down my street ALONE! hehe, i then chillaxed and checked my mail. i got an email from mrs plumber from auggies that says our europe trip has been pushed up 2 days earlier so now we leave tues and come back Friday instead of leaving Thursday and coming back sunday. im PUMPED! 10 days in EUROPE! ah! lol we also get reimbursed $35 of the $45 we had to pay cuz the airplane gas went up. yay! im so excited! i cant wait!!!
