~*The Longest Catching Up Under One Cut*~

school. today was such an exciting day! everyone was too pumped for the rally! it was snowing in the morning, but luckily it stopped by the time we got out of school. at 2.45 everyone met in the front fawyer (sp?) and out we went. we all lined up in front of the school and signs were being passed out. frannie handed me a sign that said 'with god all things are possible' i held it high and onward we marched. there were cameras everywhere! we were chanting 'save our school' and 'saa all the way!' it was so much fun! me, cece, becca, and beccas mom walked together. it was very wet and muddy, but we didn't care! we had to save our school! we were almost in front of the lakewood park sign when a man with a camera was right in our faces walking backwards. i didn't kno if he was filming or not becuz there was no little red light so i lifted up my sign in front of my mouth and said to cece 'y is he in our face?!' cece and becca were yelling' save our school' and we kept marching. we got to the lakewood park pavilion and people were standing on tables, all facing the media. i got a spot on a table with angela behind me and i held up my sign with my numb fingers. there were about 5 students that got up and gave speeches on why we should save our school. katie mey was one of them. i took some pics from the view on top of the table and had sum pics of me with my sign taken for me. after all the speeches were given, and there was TONS of yelling, we marched back to the school. cece n jessica got a ride with jessicas uncle, yet again, leaving us alone. me n theresa had to wait for her mom for like 20 mins outside in the front of the school. everyone was gone. i had theresa take a pic of me with my sign in front of our schools sign that said 'believe in miracles'. we then walked to the parking lot to wait for her mom and i was just holding my sign in front of me, not really SHOWING it anymore and we were the last ones there. a woman pulled in the parking lot and said 'i see ur sign, whats it for?' i told her about the school closing and such and she asked how much we needed then said good luck and left. IT WAS MARY THE MOTHER OF GOD! lol we got picked up and went home. heather called me at 5pm telling me to put on ch 5 cuz wed be on. i got my tape ready and me n my sister watched the news. the first clip they showed was me, cece, becca and beccas mom marching! I GUESS THE GUY WAS TAPING! they showed us for like 5 mins STRAIGHT! IT WAS SO EXCITING!!! lol....i love rallys!

school. we talked about the situation and who was going to the meeting tomorrow night and such. we went to the chapel with miss kirshner and it was very nice. my first visit to the chapel, and DEFINITELY not my last. i love it there. its so peaceful-a big relief from all the noise in the halls! i came home and fell asleep and didn't wake up til about 8.30ish. at 9 i watched my Lost tape and MAN ITS AWESOME! i love that show! lol. today was a pretty nervous day...
-thursday-jan 13-a fateful day.
well today at school everyone was on pins and needles. we got out early and kirsh told us that at 2pm there would be a meeting with sister cynthia and the faculty where she would give her decision. mrs duraj would be the one speaking on the teachers behalf since she can stay calm and collected. we all went home and i waited anxiously to go to the rally. big amalia came and picked up me n my mom at like 6.35. on the way there it was POURING rain and amalias windshield wipers met and got stuck right in the middle of the windshield! the rain kept coming and we couldn't see! amalia was driving really slow and at the red light she jumped out and pulled them out of their stuck position. the wiper on the right kept going but the one on the left died out and STOPPED completely at the bottom. we had ONE wiper going in a RAIN STORM! LMAO! it was HILARIOUS! thank god the wiper was on the drivers side! haha. we got to saa and after driving around for about 5 mins found a park then sped walked to the gym in the rain. as soon as we walked in becca and tina waved us down cuz they saved us seats. ellen and her parents n bro were there along with heather and her parents. we sat and waited about 10 mins for the meeting to start. sr cynthia came and said all this crap telling us that shes dropping our school. a lot of girls started crying hysterically i was fine until i saw (who i thought was) sr pat walk out into the rain. i started bawling. (im hearing a nun went out for coffee in the middle of it so im not sure if it was sr pat or the nun i saw...) she was saying she knos where were coming from cuz when she was younger her family was poor and she couldn't go to catholic school. HOW DOES THAT APPLY?! SHE NEVER WENT TO A SCHOOL AND HAD IT TAKEN FROM HER HALF WAY THROUGH! i was SO mad! my leg was shaking from all the anger. after she gave her little speech about the enrollment dropping and clevelands poverty, a couple of guys got up and spoke to her telling her they wanna work with her then this chick named dolly who is the graduating class of 1960 came up and was ATTACKING THE NUN! it was AWESOME! she put a smile on EVERYONES face! the students were laughing at the nun! it was great. dolly was saying how shes full of crap and we can keep it open and shell donate tons of money and theres ways of getting help and shes like 'ur closing this school-it doesn't matter that CLEVELANDS SO DAMN POOR!' lol she said WHAT THE HELL a whole bunch of times too. she then held up a check saying it was $50 and she pledged $50 a month for 5 years to the school. we all clapped and it was INSANE. one by one TONS of people, parents and students, went up and gave dolly money to go towards the school. it was awesome! sister cynthia and her nuns got up and just LEFT! in the middle of it! i was SO mad! we kept going and dolly gave us SO much hope! other people spoke then sr pat was the last one to talk and said 'im torn. im one of them, but im also one of u guys' it was so sad. i love her so much! then parents could ask ?s. erica witmers dad asked about the short notice and sr pat said that she knew about it since sept 1 but didn't wanna tell the students and ruin the entire school year and such then a couple parents attacked her by saying 'if u knew u shouldve told us so we can get new schools now the freshman have to start all over' i wanted to punch the lady. THE FRESHMAN ARENT THE ONLY ONES WHO HAVE TO START OVER! like 2 other parents clapped to agree with the bihotch that said it. i was SO mad! elise rispoli (jr) was like WE LOVE U SR PAT! it was so sadddd. we left the meeting at like 8.30. it was sad, but i have WAY more optimism i had going in there! I LOVE DOLLY! lol
-friday- jan 14-
school. dolly was in school today. she got interviewed by all the news cameras. it was GRAND. we made $90,000 last night in the donations from all the people that gave money randomly to dolly! isnt that INSANE?! well kirsh told us that the check dolly said was $50 wasn't $50 but she couldn't tell us how much it was. it was obviously WAY more!! i LOVE HER!! MY IDOL IS DOLLY! lol our school formed a new board and the school will be open! AHHH! the schools gonna close on June 30 and open on July 1 (just like dolly promised yesterday!!) its DEFINITELY opened for next year but after that it depends on if the bishop approves the people that want to now sponsor us and the new board. he HAS to!!!! SAA ALL THE WAY BABY!
`at 6.30 i drove me, cece, and natalie over to ellens for a PARTAY! lol my mom made us all pasta and meatballs. this time heres who was there: me, natalie, cece, ellen, heather, katie mey, becca and tina. tina was the only one that didn't spend the night. we ate and watched tv and talked til after tina left at like 10. we then listened to music and played 'all play' on scene it together which was cool. natalie n heather went upstairs on the comp and the rest of us took PIMPED OUT pictures! me, cece and ellen did a charlies angles thing and ellen, katie, and becca did a nirvana box set pose. lol (my idea) it was awesome. i was directing them like nirvanas pic. i was like 'katie u look at me but ur heads like this. becca u look to the side, and ellen...just look sexy' lol ellen was kurt cobain. it was HILARIOUS! i cant wait to see the pics. we went to bed at like 5ish.
saturday-jan 15-
we got up at around 10ish. we chilled and talked sum more which was TOO awesome! I LOVE THE TALKS! lol we all left by like 3ish. yayayya! lol i love my friends <3
i came home and SLEPT. i fell asleep at like 2. i told my mom to wake me up before her n my bro left to go dj an anniversary so i could order my dad a pizza for when he came home from work at 5. she didnt! i ended up sleeping til 9pm. i woke up thinking it was 9am and my dad n sister were in the kitchen i was like 'y r u up so early?' amalia played along and was like '.....! we have to go to work' i was like 'but its sunday..' and my dad was like 'well im off to bed' and i was like "GOD AMALIA UR BEING DUMB!!!!!" lol good schtuff. i did do this!:

today i basically chilled all day. i TRIED to study for my lit final which is on Wednesday but i did NOT! lol

MLK DAY! NO SCHOOL! i slept...all day. lol i TRIED studying again. i did for like 10 mins then stopped. im smart! i dont need to study! lol
-tuesday-jan 18-
school. today was basically reviewing for exams tomorrow. that's it. oh yea! in speech we did our final which was to do a newscast thingy. i was an anchor and a policewoman. it was pretty flippin PIMP! we watched it in 7* ogt prep and i laughed so hard! i miss speech class already! i have pe II next semester with miss kurz! NO! i did get to drive home tho! yay! lol i came home and just chillaxed. studyed for lit....yay! im ready!

today was the first day of finals. we took finals in 1*,3* and 4*.
1* lit final-it was pretty good. i knew all the vocab which was 75% of the test. the other 25% i wasn't too sure of. i did a-okay i believe.
3* we didn't have a final for art so we were told to go to the cafeteria for a study hall. well it was gonna be me and all freshman cuz theresa got to leave after her 1* final and i was like "NO!" ellen and cece and tina and katie mey and all these other peoples final was in gym class and they were just gonna have bagels cuz they did a report for their final. they all told me to go cuz 'miss kurz wouldn't care' so i did. i went in there and sat there and she stared at me as soon as she walked in and said she wasn't aloud to have me and i had to go to the caf. ellen just turned her head and didn't say anything to miss kurz or me. i had to explain everything-that bihotch. i was late by like 30 second to the caf and sat alone. it SUCKED. 50 mins in silence going over geom. i did get a lot of studying done tho lol
4*-spanish-wasn't too bad.
`since theresa went home early, we didn't have a ride. we all wanted to go out to eat but cece didn't have money and wouldn't until friday. natalie didn't bring money but ellen, heather and alyssa were going out to eat so i was gonna go with them since i had money. i offered to pay for natalies if she paid be back tomorrow so we went. i dont kno what cece did for a ride-i forgot to ask and i didn't see her at all at the end of the day-. me n becca went to talk to miss peduzzi to see if we could take our test tomorrow instead of Friday becuz if we did then we wouldn't have any finals on Friday (fridays finals for me was 5* gem and 6*speech, which we already did). she said, after much hesitation, yes. natalie came with us and after that me n her went to the main foyer (sp?) where ellen n alyssa waited for us. we went out to heathers car and saw kirstin augustine being yelled at by a middle aged man saying "U BACKED INTO MY CAR!" we didn't see it tho...lol we got in the car and decided where wed go to eat. we decided on 'my friends'. we all went there and ate. it was pretty pimp. all the people were staring at us like we skipped school. lol jackretards! on the way out, i went to pay and everyone but alyssa went to the car. she waited for me and while we were leaving we saw free magazines. i took an autocar one and shes like 'take the newspapers' they said sumthing like 'the gay persons chronicle' or 'gay chronicle' and i took like 8. we ran to the car and flung a copy to everyone. LMAO! it was hilarious! ellen realized she didn't have her house keys so we went to the sisters of charity of st augustine (or sumthing like that) where her mom works, its like a nursing home/assisted living place. all 5 of us go in there and everyone stared at us. LMAO! we found her mom and got ellens house key then gave her a copy of the gay chronicle. LMAO!!!!! she gave us all hugs then we went to the cafeteria where ellen visited with her godmother (works with her mom). we all then went to ellens and played scene it. alyssa left after about 20 mins and we played on teams. me n heather against ellen n natalie. they won cuz ellen is a whore and memorized all the questions! lol we then played a mini version that was almost over after 5 mins and ellen mentioned that we could play again and the game ended up going on for another 25 mins til heather said we had to leave. lol she dropped natalie off then i was telling her where to go to get back to w 140th. i was like 'u can turn on this street, or the next one' she chose the one where andrea lives (she went to vincents with her-shes a WHORE-lol-lives by joe matese) we were seriously 500 feet from the light and heather was screaming "A GARBAGE TRUCK WHAT THE HELL!?" there was a garbage truck ahead but it looked to me like it was on the other side of w 140th on the other end of emery but i guess it wasnt. heather was SCREAMING "I HATE U! U CANT BLOCK THE WHOLE DAMN STREET! CARMELA LOOK WHERE U MADE ME GO!" i was laughing so hard that no sound was coming out and i couldn't breath and my head was full of so much pressure my neck hurt and i felt my face turning red. then heather said the line that almost caused me to pee my pants. she said "U CANT DO THAT! WHAT THE HELL! YOU ARE AN ASSHOLE SIR!" i almost PEED myself at the 'sir' part! OH MAN!! i laughed SO hard. she dropped me off in front of my house, not pulling in the driveway, and when i went in the trunk to get my books she kept pulling up so i couldn't open it. i got my books out and was like 'im not closing the trunk!' and ran up my driveway. lol i went back and closed it then told heather where to go to get back to w 140th. i watched her, making sure she was ok and she passed like 4 stop signs! it was THE funniest thing ever!! lol i loved it. i went in the house and chilled. i studied for physical science like HELLO! lol it was pimp. i lOVE my frickin frIENdz!

my brother gave us a ride to school today. we got stuck behind a train! lol it was like 5 mins! oh MAN! haha. i hate finals in
5* geometry-A JOKE!!!!-it took FOREVER and we didn't review half the stuff! lol i put 'c' for carmela for a couple of them. lol oh well. chances are i did pretty good
8* jesus-it was all about 'how do u feel about this passage' so i kno i got at least a B
9* physical science-THANK GOD I STUDIED! i was done in 15 mins and had 35 mins to just sit there. lol i DEF got an A!!! lol
we got out at 10.50. theresas mom picked us up and i came home and layed down and watched Lost. i LOVE that show! i chillaxed for most of the day and here i am doing all these flipping entries for lj lol
