June 23 - Thursday - Around 6:30pm

Kazuo walked home from his work, Kazuya being unable to pick him up. Kazuo had been put as busboy again. Usually, he didn't do to well waitering. His customers always thought that he didn't converse enough and seemed angry. Still, he made his money from his job. Money that would either be used for food, cigarettes, or saved to buy new car parts

"Your brother. I didn't know this was going to happen. I'm so sorry." he said nervously.

"Hn." Kazuo stated, unlocking the handcuffs binding Kira to the bed.

Kira moved slowly to sit up. He had meet Kazuya like was told in the letter and was led inside only to be grabbed and dragged in the room. Before panic could set in he was tied to the bed and Kazuya left him telling him only to behave. Now he slightly understood what was going on. "Thanks."

"Why did you owe him a favor? Unless he dragged you here all the way from the street." Kazuo said, throwing his bag on the floor.

"Well no, I realize half the time it is a front and most of the time if I do trust I fall into a trap and get hurt. I don't get fooled anymore it took me awhile before I could really trust Leo and realize I wasn't about to be tricked." Kira said strongly. He was trying to defend Leo with all his might.

Kazuo brought the cigarette to his mouth and inhaled. "So you never cared when Sawada betrayed you?"

"You mean when he became part of you and your brothers gang right after that paper of me came out? It did bother me a lot but he apologized later for it."

Kazuo looked at Kira, "I can tell you still are bothered by it."
