I'm in what's called a "bulking cycle." Which means I eat a lot of food with high amounts of protein and go to the gym lifting heavy weights 4 times a week. I've come to the conclusion that it's much much harder to eat like this than it is to eat to loose weight. Not only do you eat a lot, you have to eat a lot of healthy/lean/high protein foods
