I messed my knees up pretty bad about a month ago at the gym. I just did too much too soon and most likely with terrible form and without a proper warm up or stretching. I've been taking some joint stuff, but I'm starting to fear that it's more than that. The pain isn't getting any better or much worse, but it's hurting enough for me to worry. ( Read more... )

I stopped trying to bulk 1) 'cause of my knees and 2) 'cause I'm already overweight. I figure loose the fat I got already and then from there start bulking. But yeah it was squats and leg presses and extensions and curls that did it. I tried too much too soon and probably had horrible form. I'm really hoping it's just something strained and I'll just need some time off to let 'em heal up.
