Glad to be Back!

On Thursday, April 14, I felt the most horrendous pain ever on the lowest left side of my back at 3:00 a.m. My back had been bothering me for days, but I was sure that the molestation had to do with bad sleeping habits. Wrong! It turned out that I had a 3mm kidney stone ( Read more... )

*big hug*

Arashi is a good idea to lessen the pain. Well, I know some other ways - like KAT-TUN, Hey!Say!JUMP or NewS recently ;)

I hope you'll be super-healthy soon and you'r smile will lighten our live with other Bakalanders ;)

P.S. Geez, so cheesy me~!

Thanks for always supporting me! Gosh, I missed you all so much. * Tear * I'm following my doctor's instructions to the T, so I'm positive that I'll be back to normal soon. I'll take proper rest as well. Promise! ;-)

Awww!!! You're always the sweetest with me. This is why it hurt ten times more being away. * Tear * However, I'm glad to be back. And I missed the Bakalanders' pic-spamming, incoherent posts, ramblings, "arguments," etc. * Sigh * I can't live without the Arashi fandom anymore. :-)

D: When I read your entry, I felt more scared because right now (as I type this comment), I also feel pain on that part on the back. I just hope it was just a strain from my activity in one of my subjects. D:

Well, I didn't mean to scare anyone. Hehehe... However, you should be careful. Hopefully, your pain is only a result from an abrupt movement. If it intensifies though, you should go to the doctor. It could a kidney stone. It's better to attack while it is "pacifically" hurting. If you allow it to reach its higher point... You know the rest. But I'm hopeful your pain is something temporary instead. ;-)

Fortunately, it starts to get better now. whew~ Though my feet starting to ache due to the lesson this morning. XDD I really get nervous whenever my back starts to ache. Whenever I attend school, I have these bad habits that I drink water less than usual and urinate when I return from school (usually in the afternoon). /facepalm

You should try to drink more water and allow your bladder to release itself at least twice per day. This will prevent health problems. You could take a bottle of water with you at least. In this way, you will be inclined to go to the bathroom at least once before returning from school in the afternoon. So, you would be making your organism a bit more comfortable. Drinking water is very important for our body. Consider drinking a bottle of water in the meantime. To prevent kidney stones, I have been told that you should drink organ juice, lemonade, or other kind of strong juice twice a week. These juices will help clean your organs. Also, try to maintain your back straight as much as possible for your backbone to prevent hernias, dystrophy, etc. These are recommendations I have been given by doctors, so I thought I could share them with you. They might not be the best help, but they could help a bit. Ne? I truly hope you could feel no pain whatsoever soon. Just in case, try massaging your feet or putting some ice on them ( ... )

Thank you! :-) I'm doing my best to feel better sooner than later. Hehehe... And Arashi is just wonderful. If only I had them as nurses during my hospitalization... I wouldn't have left the hospital... ever! :-P
