I have the absolute worst stabbing pain in my right ovary. I hope nothing is ruptured cause I know what a pain in the ass that will be. I think I am gonna have to go to the hospital. What a lovely birthday present!

I am not positive, but I think the ovary is more likely cuase I have problems with it anyways.
