Woot, awesome! I'm going to persuade my parents to take me for a weekend, sometime in spring hopefully; just incase, y'know, we bump into Torchwood filming or summat, lol! :D
It was... fantastic! My mum and brother really liked it too! There's loads to see! If you want me to send you the link to the site with all of the locatons on it, I can! The doctor who exhibition is brilliant there too! Definately go if you can! I was almost hyperventilating at the sight of ten's coat and pyjamas.... whadda ya mean i'm a fangirl :P Good luck with persuading them! It's well worth it!
Yes please; I've been told we're not just gonna go the whole journey down there just to see the Torchwood sights and try and find John Barrowman, lol! Aww! So I need to find a few things to entertain everyone. We're all Doctor Who lovers in my family so the Exhibition is definitely a must also.
I'm rather peeved at the lack of Doctor Who stuff going on up here in Manchester, but soon they're opening something in the Manchester Museum which I shall be seeing.
http://www.torchwoodlocations.com/map.html That's quite a good one. At the top of the map, if you click 'Map' instead of 'Satellite' or 'hybrid' (if that makes sense when you see it) it's a bit better. When you click on the dots, they'll tell you which scenes were shot there, and give you a screencap, which is useful!
I'm going to try and put my piccies up today!
Doctor Who Exhibition = brilliant! The shop there's great too! I bought far too much... and then kept the rather cooly awesome plastic bags all of my stuff was put it!
Nothing AT ALL going on up in Leicestershire. I live near enough to Nottingham, so I'm hoping they'll get some Robin Hood stuff at the castle there. That's about all I have to hope for! And that isn't even Who-ey!
