Whoa weird, some guy named Touch? that's an interesting name... wonder what his parents were thinking ;) Oh yeah, and about Atkins i wanted to ask you: you can't have sugar at all? cause you do know that some sugar is good for you. And randomly in some conversation yesterday Jesse said that you said you can't have juice because it has added sugars in it which is bad. but some sugars are good remember! so thats really psycho strict and weird. and alllsssooo just so you know, i'm not against the Atkins diet thing, but a low-fat diet (less animal fat and therefore less animal food products) helps you lose weight more efficiently than a low carb diet, and also helps prevent a number of horrendous diseases. but.. whatever floats your boat!

well, i can eat like 40 carbs a day to lose more weight, but i eat like 50 usually so i dont gain or lose. so yea, i can eat sugar, just it's better to get it from starches, fruits, n veggies...not junk food. and about the diseases that you said...animal fat doesnt raise your cholesterol alone. cholesterol's made from carbs mixing with animal fat. thus, no carbs, no cholesterol and vica versa. atkins lowered my cholesterol by a lot, and my dad went on it because he had a high cholesterol, and now it's normal. stuff like mad cow disease and ecoli i cant really argue, but as long as i dont eat raw meat imported from the UK, im still good : ).
