Oh please, you don't really think that they do it out of the goodness of their heart? Remember that ALL is about POWER, power over those countries that they give money or the POWER of appearance (politics). Remember when Lucius give money to St. Mungos? do you think that he wanted to help those people when among them are halfbloods or even mudbloods, I don't think so.

He never had to smack me, I was a rather well-behaved child ... most of the time. And of course they have said no ... occasionally.
