Halloween lost it's "flare" for me years ago. I do miss it though, it was kind of one of those things you could look forward to throughout the year and store away the loot you would collect.
Really, halloween used to be based on a somewhat "pirate" system. Traveling from house to house collecting loot and hiding it away so that your family and others would not find it. I wish I was a pirate agian.
